If for any reason you need to cancel your reservation within 21 days of arrival a one night charge will apply. Within 7 days of arrival the reservation is liable in full. It is regretted that no allowance can be made for accommodation being vacated before the expiry of the reservation.
Every effort will be made to resell cancelled rooms and if resold the above conditions will not apply. Out of consideration for our Guests Rathsallagh has a “No Smoking” policy for all our Bedrooms.
There is a 50% cancellation fee on the total value of all Breakfast Special, Lunch and Dinner reservations where said cancellation has not been received within 24 hours of the reservation date. ( non residents only ) There is a non refundable €35 ( per person ) deposit payable on Dinner reservations for New Years Eve, and for the Irish Derby Gala Dinner .
Every effort will be made to resell cancelled dinner reservation / tables and if resold the above conditions will not apply.
If for any reason you need to cancel your Tee Time reservation within 7 days prior to play you will be charged 50% of the applicable Green Fee. The full Green Fee will be charged for cancellations within 48 hours of play. All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card or a minimum cash deposit of 50%.
If on the day of your reservation the course is officially closed by the Course Superintendent due to adverse weather conditions or for course repairs, a cancellation fee will not be charged.
A deposit of 20% of the total Green Fees due on the day is required for group bookings of 24 +. This deposit is due 4 weeks before the date of play ( and or to secure your booking ) and is non refundable.
Metal Spikes are prohibited at Rathsallagh Golf Club.
Spike Changing facilities are available on site.
Child Policy
Please note that Rathsallagh will not cater for children under the age of 12. Moreover, children, of any age. will not be accommodated in the parent's room.
