Special Golf Club Membership Opportunity
Value Life Membership, entry Fee only €5,000 !
Value Life Membership is priced at €5,000 in year one (includes 2008 annual subscription ILGU Levies, Food and Beverage Credit of €200 and VAT ), then €2,500 in years 2 to 4 ( 2009,10, & 2011) , this figure includes Subcription and levies etc for each year . Thereafter the Annual subscription will be 1.5 times the net Ordinary Members subscription ( currently €1,264 ) , any GUI, ILGU, VAT or Bar levy as appropriate would be added to this figure. This is a non transferable non redeemable Membership, however it can be upgraded to a full Life or Share Membership at any time after 1 year giving you a discount of €2,500 off the purchase price of those Memberships. Membership benefits include all those associate with a Full shareholding Membership including a Members Guest green fee of €25 and reductions of up to 15% on selected services in Rathsallagh House (accommodation). Full members also have the right to change their nominee for membership of the Golf Club annually (not applicable to "Life Memberships"). Other member benefits include reduced rates from our resident PGA golf professionals.
